Just a quick line to let you know we go back safely after our 330 mile round trip, & also to thank you for the time & effort you all took with us, it is so easy to complain, & takes a little effort to praise & compliment.
Our buying experience was one of the Best. Professional, pleasant & a good knowledge about the car, you were of the highest standard. I have in my time bought Cadillac, BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes & spent vastly higher sums, but not had anything like the time & care given to us yesterday, for what I am sure was one of your smaller sales.
We wish you all the very best in the future & wish we were a little nearer to you to experience further your services, but you can rest assured, that next time we are considering a change of vehicle, we shall take a close look at what you have to offer, We would have no hesitation in making the journey again. Over the last 14 years I have owned 7 cars from new. I have dealt over these years with BMW, AUDI, Volkswagen and Mitsubishi.
Each experience has ranged from poor to diabolical; promises made and quickly broken, constant lack of communication and lost paperwork, taking the order and then quickly losing interest, having to fit in with the salesman's schedule on a take or leave it basis.
Since my first call your level of service and commitment has been outstanding. I never dreamed a car company could meet my requirement or deadlines.
I very rarely give praise, as my standards are perhaps too high; however dealing with you has been a totally pleasurable experience. It has shown me that there are companies that do actually want to get things right and are happy to move obstacles and make things happen.
The biggest factor that is present with all the Bradford Lexus employees I have dealt with is there drive to get things right and their devoted attention to both detail and product, treating the client as a person rather than just a sales figure.
You are a worthy addition to any company and Lexus Bradford will certainly be firmly recommended.
