As the Dealer Principal Paul brings over 25 years of experience, gained with other premium marques such as Mercedes-Benz, Honda and Land Rover, to Lexus Bradford. Paul is passionate about delivering the highest possible quality of service at every stage of the Lexus experience. He has achieved ISO9002 and Investors in People accreditation and genuinely lives the Lexus philosophy of 'The Pursuit of Perfection'.

Paul began his motor trade career in sales with Mazda, Renault, Fiat and Ford. He is married with two children.

Nick Wright
West Riding Motor Group Managing Director

Nick Wright started West Riding Motor Group (WRMG) in 2003, becoming Toyota's tenth sponsored dealership. Over the next two years he grew the dealership to become Toyota's main representative in the Yorkshire region, adding the Lexus brand to the Group's portfolio along the way. Prior to launching WRMG Nick was Franchise Director for the Pendragon Group, with responsibility for the Mercedes-Benz and Vauxhall brands.

Using more than 20 years' experience gained in sales and management of brands such as diverse as Fiat, Renault, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo (including launching the John Wallwork dealership network in Preston the Fylde), Nick set out the vision and values that have ensured WRMG's continued success. He is also a certified ISO9002 quality auditor, ensuring not only the highest standards across the group but unwavering consistency in delivering those standards.

Steve Lester
Group Operations Director

Steve's experience is only matched by his enthusiasm for the motor trade. Having worked in sales and management for Nissan, Suzuki and Daihatsu as well as SAAB and Honda before being appointed Group Sales Director for the Robert Bowett Group, few people in the industry can match his experience. Before joining West Riding Motor Group Steve was responsible for three Volvo dealerships at the Harratts Group.
