The results of the JD Power and Associates / What Car? 2009 UK Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study have now been announced.

The study is based on a survey of UK car buyers who have owned their vehicle for an average of two years and provides manufacturers with invaluable feedback in the areas of vehicle quality and reliability, vehicle appeal, ownership costs and service satisfaction.

Lexus has acheived the highest manufacturer ranking for a ninth consecutive year, scoring 833 on a 1,000 point scale. Lexus also scored particularly high in the areas of satisfaction and vehicle appeal.
