Lexus has won the prestigious JD Power Gold Award for customer satisfaction in the UK for an astonishing 7th year in a row. The survey was based on the responses from over 18,000 car owners after 2 years of ownership. It ranked 33 brands based on the experiences and perceptions of the owners questioned, with Lexus once again leading the way.

"It would be easy to grow complacent after dominating the survey for so long. However, total customer satisfaction lies at the heart of WRMG's philosophy as well as the philosophy of the Lexus brand and we have no intention of relinquishing this prestigious position," commented Nick Wright, WRMG Group Principal.
